Troy is not your typical person. Through the use of his strengths, he has achieved things which many would consider impossible. At age 15, Troy became a very accomplished bodybuilder. At age 16, he started a profitable real estate investing business. At age 18, he hitchhiked across the USA with no money. Once Troy realized that school would not be his means to achieving the great success which he thoroughly desires, he became an obsessive autodidact reading everything about the subjects which most interested him.

When Troy had turned 13 years old, he decided that he wanted to become a bodybuilder which became his unwavering focus at the time. Through use of his ability to acquire and implement knowledge at a very fast pace he became extremely well informed on the subject of nutrition and weight lifting. Within a very short amount of time, Troy not only went from one of the smallest people in his school to well above the biggest. Troy soon became an addict for his new found passion and by the age of 15 he had nearly 16” arms at a height of 5’ 8” which is unheard of.

When Troy turned 16 he began reading books on success and business which gave him the initiative to not listen to the naysayers and start a business. Although it was an uphill battle, he persevered and developed yet another passion, to become a real estate investor. Still being 16 years old, without the support of his parents and very little capital, Troy put all of his energy into this and would stop at nothing to turn his vision into reality. After many real estate investment books, seminars, and meetings, he found his niche. Troy began investing in mobile homes as they are classified as personal property which is purchasable by a minor. He met his current investing partner at a real estate meeting and partnered with him to help provide capital.

When Troy turned 18 years old he decided to take on the biggest challenge of his life which would launch him in the fast
lane to becoming an extremely successful entrepreneur. Troy hitchhiked all the way from his house in Atlanta, Georgia to
San Francisco, California with not even a penny in his pocket and not much more than a sleeping bag. Many people might
ask, “How in the world would going homeless and hitchhiking across the country help you become a successful entrepreneur.”
Troy’s answer would be, “I did it to prove to myself that I can accomplish anything I set my mind on, no matter how hard or
crazy it might be."
